"Lucky tea is my favourite bubble tea. The Canary Wharf branch is my favourite because they have great and effective service. You won't wait too long and they always make sure to ask the right questions. I usually go for a Grape Slushie. Grape Yakut and Grape Green Tea are all good"

"Great tea with a variety of options on the menu. Staff is nice. Many pre-set combinations as well. Has boba, crystal boba, jelly, etc. Only complaint is that one of the staff took my chair when I let some girls take a photo with the LED sign. I got the Golden Passionfruit Tea, which has coconut jelly that was delicious."

"One of the best bubble teas I’ve ever had! Ordered the Sun Moon Lake black tea, Four Seasons fruit tea, and a Brown Sugar milk tea - all of them tasted delicious! Soft and chewy tapioca pearls, lovely foam, and great precision with the sugar level; I asked for 30% sugar for one of them and you can definitely taste the difference. Lovely lady with great customer service too. Highly recommend!!!"

"It is local to us and we likes the teas. Sometimes the pearls are hard but 8 out of 10 the teas are good.. good customer service with a smile goes a long way. I hope plastic awareness could be a future improve."
